What Is Fluently Toolkit?

Fluently Toolkit is a collection of small but powerful features that extend the Fluent plugin ecosystem in meaningful ways.

Instead of trying to be everything, Fluently Toolkit focuses on solving real problems Fluent users run into every day. The things that may be more niche or less obvious that are not available out of the box in FluentCRM, FluentCart, or FluentCommunity.

Each feature is intentional, easy to use, and built to improve your website workflows.

FluentCRM Enhancements

Fluently Toolkit extends FluentCRM with several quality-of-life features that make managing contacts and automations easier and more powerful:

• Customizable Unsubscribe Pages
  Replace FluentCRM’s default unsubscribe experience with fully customizable pages. You can control layout, messaging, branding, and colors so opt-out pages feel intentional and on-brand instead of generic.
• One-Click Unsubscribe Links
  Allow contacts to unsubscribe instantly with a single click directly from an email. This removes unnecessary friction while respecting subscriber preferences and compliance requirements.
• Unsubscribe Safeguards for Community Emails
  Prevent FluentCommunity emails from being sent to contacts who have unsubscribed in FluentCRM, keeping email behavior consistent across your CRM and community.
• Contact Status Changed Trigger
  Trigger automations when a contact’s status changes — such as Subscribed, Unsubscribed, or Bounced — enabling more precise and responsive automation workflows.
• Historical Mode for Automations
  Run new automations on existing contacts instead of only future ones. This is especially useful for cleanup tasks, retroactive tagging, or applying new logic to your current CRM data.
• Click Outside to Close Automations
  A simple UX improvement that lets you close automation panels by clicking outside the window, saving time when reviewing or editing complex automations.
• Subscriber Count Shortcode
  Display live subscriber counts anywhere on your site using a shortcode — useful for dashboards, internal reporting, or social proof.
• Primary Accent Color Control
  Set a primary accent color used across unsubscribe and opt-out pages to better match your site’s branding.

FluentCart Features

Fluently Toolkit adds features to FluentCart that solve real store-owner needs without requiring custom code.

• External Products
  Create products that link to external URLs instead of going through checkout. Ideal for affiliate products, external services, or products you don’t fulfill yourself.
• FluentCart Product Display Shortcodes
  FluentCart product pages are regular WordPress pages, but there’s no built-in way to display add-to-cart buttons or prices. Fluently Toolkit adds shortcodes to solve exactly that.
• FluentCart Vacation Mode
  Temporarily pause orders and display a message to customers when you’re unavailable, on vacation, or not accepting new orders.
• Login / Logout Redirect URLs
  Control where users are redirected after logging in or out of your store — including different redirect URLs per user role — instead of sending everyone to the WordPress dashboard.

FluentCommunity Integration

Fluently Toolkit improves how FluentCommunity works alongside FluentCRM, especially for admins managing members and engagement.

  Jump directly from a user’s FluentCommunity profile to their FluentCRM contact record with a single click, making it much easier to manage users and respond to conversations.
• Remove Unsubscribed Contacts from Spaces and Courses
  Automatically remove contacts from spaces and courses when they unsubscribe, helping ensure your community reflects active and engaged members.
• Admin Notifications About New Posts
  Receive email notifications when new posts are created in selected FluentCommunity space groups, keeping admins and moderators informed without manually checking.
• Banner Image Improvements
  See larger, properly proportioned banner image previews when uploading space group banners in FluentCommunity settings.
